These Terms govern your use of the Aura mobile app and website. By downloading, accessing, or using Aura, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Aura is a wellness and creativity tool that allows you to browse affirmations, select quotes, and design personalized wallpapers and widgets using images sourced from Unsplash under Creative Commons licensing. Aura is not a medical or therapeutic service.

2. Quotes & Attribution

The app includes quotes spoken or written by well‑known individuals. We provide attribution where required and do not claim ownership over these works. Quotes are provided for personal inspiration and non‑commercial use within the app.

3. Image Usage

Aura uses images sourced from Unsplash under Creative Commons attribution‑friendly licensing. You may modify these images within the app (e.g., adding text, patterns, opacity, saturation) to create personal wallpapers. You are responsible for ensuring your final creations are used in compliance with Unsplash’s terms.

4. User‑Generated Designs

Any wallpapers or widgets you create are for personal use only. Aura does not claim ownership of your designs. You may not resell or redistribute them commercially unless the underlying image license explicitly allows it.

5. No Accounts Required

Aura does not require you to create an account. Your designs, moods, and preferences remain stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.

6. Analytics & Usage Data

We use Umami, a privacy‑friendly analytics tool, to understand basic app usage such as views and button taps. We may occasionally use Google Analytics to measure engagement. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aura is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on quotes or interpretations of content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aura constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
